Hello Jayne, I found you BIT on youtube and was wondering if you could answer a few questions for me. Are you trainined in Crossinology or are your BIT techniques different? I am considering Crossinology or BIT for my 16 year old whose energy is off, lack of energy, doesn’t want to do anything, seems like she has adhd but I wonder if she will benefit as most or get no benefit as some? Thanks for any help you can give along these lines. Mary Beth Wright 734-755-9983 mb1060@hotmail.com

She would benefit from also going gluten free . Lack of energy and ADHD suggests she is gluten intolerant . If you go to a local vitamin cottage (natural grocer) they offer free nutritional help. Gluten attaches to the opiate receptors so she may have withdrawals but will do better in the long run.

Aw, this was a really good post. Spending some time
and actyal effort to create a superb article… but what can I say… I procrastinate a whole lot and
never manage to get nearly anything done.
